I need to know more about this. It says 1986 Hasbro Made in Brazil, but it’s reddish and not gray. What’s going on here?

Most of my edits are on gijoe.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_G.I._Joe_character_birthplaces and I think this map editor would be perfect for this page. The problem is I don't know how to put this on the aforementioned page. Any ideas?
