Original material[]
Ancient Relics! Part Four[]
Megatron smashes through the Maulers, throwing one at the A.W.E. Striker. Flint and Scarlett are despondent about what to do. Flint fingers Centurion for just standing, watching "as though he's forgotten how to fight!". Centurion remembers a previous battle with Megatron in a city that ended in Megatron beating him badly.[1] He thinks how he's just a joke and is the "ancient relic" that Wheeljack said he was. He watches as Grimlock and the Action Force members pull back, all weakened by the fight. Grimlock turns and attacks again, knocking Megatron into a gasometer zone and pulling off his fusion canon. Meanwhile Wild Bill and Flint board Blades's helicopter mode and fly above. As Megatron is close to the gas tanks Flint orders an air strike, believing that will destroy the Decepticon. Blades asks what about Grimlock, but Flint responds that it is one life for thousands. Wild Bill, remembering how he once had to abandon a man in the Vietnam War to save others, looks on aghast as Flint gives the order.
