Alpha-001 is artificial intelligence created by Revanche Robotics.
Alpha-001 started in the IDW RAH comics and continued in the Skybound RAH comics.
Alpha-001 is the leader of the Revanche faction as well as the Blue Ninja.
In the Skybound RAH comics, Alpha-001 and Revanche have a loose alliance with Serpentor to turn his zombie troops on Cobra Island into cyborg troops, and use them against Cobra Commander's forces in Springfield.
