Amber

Amber is a college student, a martial artist and Quick Kick's girlfriend. A one-shot character who appeared in the episode Lasers in the Night. She is skilled enough to break in to both Joe Headquarters, and the same Cobra outpost where Gung-Ho, and Lady Jaye (the real one) were held prisoner, only to get caught both times.
