Baroness, real name Ana DeCobray, is a character in the film Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins. A top-echelon member of the international terrorist organization known as Cobra, Baroness is responsible for a number of high-profile attacks around the world. Skilled and ruthless, she has now aligned the yakuza organization headed by Kenta to obtain the power of the Jewel of the Sun and wreak havoc on the ancient Arashikage Clan.
Baroness is portrayed by Úrsula Corberó.

As a member of the terrorist organization Cobra, the Baroness has committed many ruthless acts. Her most notorious crime is having killed a member of parliament along with 200 civilians on the same train in order to influence an election. Besides this, she has also been involved in bombings, assassinations and civil unrest across the globe.

Baroness links up with Kenta and his organization as part of a plan to destroy the Arashikage Clan and claim their most prized artifact: the Jewel of the Sun. This jewel is said to have been a gift from the goddess of the sun but is a powerful weapon in the wrong hands. Upon arrival in Japan, Baroness quickly meets up with Kenta. The two of them are confronted by Snake Eyes, a man with a mysterious past that Kenta has hired to infiltrate the clan and steal the jewel. He tells them that he didn't sign up for terrorists, but Baroness warns him that it's a little late for him to start growing a conscience. The two of them remind him of their leverage over him: they can give him the man who killed his father. After he leaves, Kenta tells the Baroness to trust him that Snake Eyes will complete the job. "He'd better," she warns him, "or I kill you both."
Snake Eyes does indeed complete the job and is rewarded as promised. Kenta and Baroness then head for the Arashikage Castle to launch their attack. Once there, however, Kenta double-crosses Baroness, declaring that he is going to keep the Jewel instead of handing it over to Cobra. Aggravated, Baroness warns Kenta that Cobra will destroy him. She then accepts an offer of a temporary alliance from Scarlett of G.I. Joe to work together to take down Kenta.
The two corner Kenta along with the other members of the clan and Snake Eyes, who has realized he's been working for the wrong side. They manage to relieve Kenta of the Jewel, but when Kenta tries to escape, Tomisaburo "Tommy" Arashikage attacks in anger. He succeeds only in destroying a wall and Kenta is eventually finished by Snake Eyes instead. Afterwards, Tommy is told that for using the Jewel in anger, he can never lead the clan. Furious, he leaves, swearing vengeance against Snake Eyes. He retreats to his private jet. There, he finds Baroness waiting for him. He is startled, but she tells him she's not there to kill him. She tells him "You've lost an army, Tommy. But I can get you a better one." To this, he replies "Storm Shadow. Call me Storm Shadow."
