V-Troops

Cobra scientists under the command of Dr. Mindbender continued to push the envelope in genetic experimentation and weaponization, resulting in their "Evilution" program. The program combined the DNA of Viper "volunteers" with that of the deadliest animals on the planet. The resulting V-Troops had the tenacity and ferocity of wild beasts combined with the precision training and obedience of Cobra infantry.
