Charlie Adler
Charlie Adler (born October 2, 1956) is an American voice actor. Outside of G.I. Joe, he is known for voicing Tiny Toon Adventures' Buster Bunny, Transformers' Starscream, the entire cast of Cow and Chicken and many voices on Rocko's Modern Life, including Ed - and Bev - Bighead.
He is the only voice actor to appear both on the Sunbow cartoon (where he voiced Low-Light) and in Resolute (where he voiced Cobra Commander). Charlie Adler later reprised Cobra Commander in G.I. Joe: Renegades.
