In the mountains of the Zakarpattia province located in southwestern Ukraine, sits the Silent Castle, a Cobra fortress. Deep in the mountain caverns lay riches that poor enslaved people are forced to mine to fund the Cobra organization. Overseeing the discipline of these slaves is the hooded Cobra Slavemaster.
