Named for the distinctive scar on his right cheek, Colonel Slash was an investigator working for Cobra.
Located in the shadiest area of Enterprise City, Slash did Cobra's dirty work. Only seen twice, it was never made clear if Slash was an actual member of Cobra or simply a hired gun.
