Destro is the head of M.A.R.S. Industries. He builds weapons like the H.I.S.S. tank, the F.A.N.G., the C.L.A.W., S.N.A.K.E. and B.A.T. weapon systems. Energy needs is an issue that Destro faces, and the Energon that Cobra Commander possesses, can quite probably make the difference.
