Dr. Mindbender is a character in various G.I. Joe iterations.
Energon Universe[]
So far, (as of May 2024), Dr. Mindbender hasn't actually/officially appeared in the Energon Universe.
But in the first issue of Duke, one of a pile of books Duke is reading to try to understand what he saw, is a book called Mindbender. Which could be an indication that Doctor Mindbender will appear in the Energon Universe comics in the future.
In Cobra Commander #5 when Cobra Commander is showing Destro his computer where he's tracking all of the world's baddies, including the Dreadnoks, Tomax & Xamot, Destro and Storm Shadow, behind them stands a bald scientist with glasses. This could be Dr. Mindbender. But that likely won't be revealed for quite some time.
Dr. Mindbender doesn't appear in the big Jason Howard connected covers art pieces with all of the Energon Universe characters.
