
Dynamite is the code name used by Argentinian Hector J. Garrido. Garrido was born in The South American country of Argentina. It is unclear if he serves in the US military or is on temporary exchange from Argentina. Not much is known of his life before Sgt. Savage took command of Garrido and five other highly-trained, undisciplined sergeants, to form the Screaming Eagles.

Garrido, along with the other Screaming Eagles, defends a nuclear facility from the I.R.O.N. Army, drawing the enemy into a trap by hiding under the dirt of their bunker before attacking and driving back General Blitz's forces. Sgt. Savage vs. Gen. Blitz
While on maneuvers in the Arctic, the Screaming Eagles were ambushed by a platoon of Arctic Stormtroopers. Despite heavy artillery bombardment the team managed to escape, racking up a few scrapped Stormtroopers on the way.[1]
On each figure's card-back were short comics, akin to newspaper comic strips. In one, Garrido blows a bridge while enemy tanks are crossing. Another details his use of his motorcycle to go over the top of and drop grenades into an enemy bunker.

- The decoder ring was used to decode hidden messages on toy packaging. The message included with Urban Attack Dynamte reads: "Sgt. Savage's hobbies are baseball, basketball, and catching up on the past fifty years of military history." The code source can be seen here.
