Stalker A Real American Hero (1982)

Stalker is among the number of characters of the original 1982 series of A Real American Hero toys. The original version had straight bicep arms. A year later, he was given the swivel arm design which allowed his biceps to rotate.


Appearance: Black moustache; dark green beret; green camouflage outfit with black straps.

Accessories: black M-32 submachine gun.

Stalker v2 A Real American Hero (1989)

The year 1989 brought back a number of familiar characters back into circulation, Stalker included. Not content to be merely a ranger, he's a tundra ranger.


Appearance: black hair and mustache; off-white cap and shirt with brown camouflage; green scarf; white coat with red and yellow details on chest; off-white gloves; light green pants with brown camouflage; green belt; brown boots

Accessories: soft, white face mask, solid in front; white kayak backpack with removable arm and counterweight; white rifle with scope, lateral T-shaped stock, and angled grip and magazine; gold machine gun with handle for kayak; light grey knife with notched tip; white two-sided oar.

Battle Commanders Stalker A Real American Hero (1992)

Stalker is back to being just a ranger once again for the 1992 series of A Real American Hero toys.


Appearance: black beret; black hair and mustache; black shirt with yellow straps and gloves; white and black camouflage pants with black boots.

Accessories: yellow talking backpack; black laser submachine gun (new); black combat rifle (new, .30-cal. M19); black figure stand.

Arctic Attack Force Stalker Arctic Attack Force (1993)

Stalker was released in the 1993 series of A Real American Hero toys, as part of a mailaway offer with Dee-Jay, Sub-Zero and Snow Serpent.


Appearance: black hair and mustache; white cap and pants with brown camouflage; olive green scarf and green shirt; white coat with red and blue details on chest; brown gloves, belt, and boots

Accessories: silver "Shockwave" knife.

Battle Corps (1994)
The entire carded line up of 1994 was all branded with the Battle Corps logo. Stalker came with several guns, one which is spring loaded and actually fired.

Stars and Stripes Forever (1997)

The carded characters of 1982 are collected in the Stars and Stripes Forever pack commemorating the 15th anniversary of the A Real American Hero line. Stalker was recolored for this set and came with the same accessories.

G.I. Joe vs. Cobra (2002)
The relaunch of G.I. Joe featured carded two-packs that included one Joe and one Cobra. Beginning from this series, Stalker was renamed as Sgt. Stalker and in a rivalry with Neo-Viper Commander. Sgt. Stalker was also sold in a single-pack. Yet another version with different coloring is released much later packaged with Zartan.

Tiger Force (2002)
Toys "Я" Us brings back the Tiger Force concept with a 5-pack exclusive. Sgt. Stalker was made with the same mold used to create Battle Commander Stalker minus the large backpack.

Continuing the theme started by G.I. Joe vs. Cobra, Sgt. Stalker is packaged in a two-pack with Firefly and also available in single-card pack form.

Comic Pack (2004)
A Comic Pack that featured Sgt. Stalker also included General Abernathy, Double Clutch and a copy of the comic book G.I. Joe #3. As with the Comic Pack figures, Sgt. Stalker is designed to look reminiscent of his appearance in the comic.

Comic Pack (2006)
Sgt. Stalker is featured in yet another Comic Pack but this one was initially available Direct-to-Consumer via online vendors but later available in Toys R Us stores. This was a special Comic Pack that featured a copy of G.I. Joe #26 and the characters in the pack reflected the content of the story. For this pack, Sgt. Stalker was named as his real name Lonzo R. Wilkinson to reflect his pre-G.I. Joe days as are Classified man and Thomas Arashikage.
