The G.I. Joe Ninja Force engage in battle Cobra's new androids which look uncannily human and match their every move.
Detailed summary
A cargo plane delivers a package to Cobra Commander, but one crate is missing. Outraged, Cobra Commander kills the loadmaster and orders his henchmen to find the missing crate.
The next morning, the airport manager finds the crate, opens it, and discovers a robot replica of the President of the United States. Hawk, the leader of the Joes, places a tracking device in the crate before it is returned to the spot where it was found.
Using the tracking device, Hawk traces the shipments back to the Cobra Consulate building and orders Scarlett, Snake Eyes, and Storm Shadow to infiltrate the building and plant a homing device. Inside the building, the trio discovers robot replicas of several nations' leaders, including some Joes.
The Snake Eyes robot attacks Storm Shadow, but the real Snake Eyes comes to his rescue. After successfully planting the homing device, Scarlett disguises herself as a robot and leads Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow to Cobra Commander.
Cobra Commander is initially amused by the deception but then orders his Vipers to attack the Joes. Scarlett, Snake Eyes, and Storm Shadow successfully fend off the Vipers, but Cobra Commander manages to escape. Wild Bill launches a smart bomb at the consulate while the trio tries to escape.
They pass the smart bomb on their way out of the building and make it to a waiting helicopter. The smart bomb destroys all the replica robots, and another missile destroys the storage structure on Cobra Commander's island.
