Scarlett leaves the G.I. Joe team, as Cobra hijacks targets all around the world.

Detailed summary

Ninjas Own the Night
Scarlett finds herself training with the elite Ninja Force, a team made up of skilled warriors Snake-Eyes, Storm Shadow, Jinx, Nunchuk, Dojo, and T'Jbang.

Despite her own combat prowess, she feels isolated and out of place due to her lack of formal ninja training. A heated argument ensues, leading to Scarlett leaving the group to meet with Hawk, who presents her with a new mission.

Meanwhile, in New Jersey, Dr. Biggles-Jones is hard at work developing a cutting-edge rail gun. After a successful test, she and the prototype are unexpectedly captured by the Night Creepers, a group of covert operatives.

Reporting back to their leader, Cobra Commander, the Night Creepers detail their progress on multiple global operations, including the theft of microchips, weapons, and sensitive government information.

Back at Ninja Force's training ground, Snake-Eyes conducts a rigorous training session, pushing the team to their limits. Soon after, he receives information that the Night Creepers are converging at Storm Shadow's water tower hideout. Realizing the urgency of the situation, Storm Shadow rallies the team to spring into action.

As the Ninja Force prepares to confront the Night Creepers, tension mounts between Cobra Commander and Zarana over the course of recent events.

With the stakes higher than ever, Scarlett must overcome her feelings of isolation and join forces with the Ninja Force to thwart the Night Creepers' nefarious plans and save Dr. Biggles-Jones and her groundbreaking invention.
