Baroness, Billy, and Storm Shadow, all brainwashed into willingly serving Cobra, go up against Snake-Eyes.
Detailed summary
In a daring confrontation, Storm Shadow attacks Snake-Eyes, only for Snake-Eyes to use Cobra Commander as a human shield. Escaping the castle with Cobra Commander as his prisoner, Snake-Eyes rendezvous with Flint and Lady Jaye. As Storm Shadow gives chase, Flint hurls Cobra Commander off a cliff, but Storm Shadow swoops in to save him. Meanwhile, the Joes attempt a hasty escape.
In a separate plot, "Wolfgang" plants a bomb in the Borovian presidential palace and hands a watch to President Metz. The bomb detonates as the President approaches, killing him. The imposter is revealed to be Zartan, who reports the successful mission to Cobra Commander. The real Wolfgang is later captured and celebrated as a hero by the people of Borovia.
As the Joes face danger in Trans-Carpathia, Hawk calls for backup. Joseph Colton answers the call, firing the Rapid Pulse Electron beam from New York City. Bouncing the beam off two satellites, he expertly destroys a bridge, thwarting the pursuing Cobras and allowing the Joes to escape.
In the aftermath, Tunnel Rat and Roadblock present papers to Joseph Colton that reinstate him to active duty. With their team safe and their mission complete, the Joes prepare for their next adventure, continuing their battle against the forces of evil.
