The battle at the SILENT CASTLE comes to a head. The G.I.JOE team must do whatever it takes to stop Cobra from unleashing the power of the McGuffin Device. Worse yet, what will happen if they don't? This concludes the story arc by Larry Hama and Dan Jurgens, and finally gives some hints to why Cobra was eventually disbanded in the 90's.
