  • Borovia is a fictional Communist country in Eastern Europe. Colonel Ratnikov says Russia and Siberia lie to Borovia's east, a "desert peopled by religious fanatics" lies to its south, Austria bounded by the Alps lies to its north, and its western frontier is bordered "decadent democracies".
