The G.I. Joe Spring Special 1992 was released in Spring 1992.

The entirety of "Getting There" from G.I. Joe: Special Missions #19. This had previously been reprinted in The Incredible Hulk Presents #1-3.

This special saw "the Action Force" dropped from the title, corresponding to the final change in the name of the UK release of the toyline.
The special does not complete the Cobra Civil War storyline despite the previous special coming one issue short of doing so. This habit of specials starting and not completing storylines was at this time familiar to readers of Transformers.
The cover reuses that of G.I. Joe: Special Missions #19 but with new colours.
The special cost 99p in the United Kingdom. No overseas prices were printed.
