Gulan is a Zertonian and ally of Zalilak. He was present when Proximus agreed to help Zalilak prevent the coming of Goliant.
Assuming the unnamed man with Zalilak in issue 10 is Gulan, than Gulan is the Minster of Arms for Zertonia.
