Corporal Hershel Dalton, aka Heavy Duty is a by-the-book military type. He is Roadblock's cousin, and has had a long standing rivalry with him. Heavy Duty promises to bring in the fugitive Roadblock in exchange for a permanent position on Flint's Falcons squad.
