Slice and Dice had brought Junko Akita to Sei Tin, leader of the Red Ninjas. As part of Junko's torture and brainwash conditioning, Dice disguised himself as Storm Shadow and slashed her with a sword to make her distrust Storm Shadow.
This tragedy eventually led to Junko's death.
