“ | The man who whips a dog will pull his own sled someday... | ” |
—Kwinn |
The Joes first encountered Kwinn stealing records and a fear-inducing frequency modulator from a Russian research station in the Arctic. He was hired by the Russians to remove any evidence of their experiments. The mercenary proved to be too smart for the Joes but he respected their skills and admitted how he hated taking this assignment because he detests how people use fear as a weapon. He eventually found a way for the Joes to obtain the modulator from the Russians without breaking his contract.[1]
