Marv Wolfman is an American animation writer and a noted comic book writer.
He wrote 2 episodes of the Sunbow G.I. Joe series: Lasers in the Night and Nightmare Assault. He also co-wrote Message From the Deep for the DIC series.
While he has not written any G.I. Joe comics, he has had a prolific career elsewhere in comics, writing the highly regarded New Teen Titans series for DC Comics, as well as the 1985-1986 mega event Crisis on Infinite Earths. He also served as Marvel Comics' editor-in-chief from 1975-1976, and wrote many issues of Amazing Spider-Man, and the entire run of The Tomb of Dracula, as well.
