The younger brother of the Hard Master, older brother of the Soft Master, and Storm Shadow's uncle, not much else is known about this Arashikage brother. Though at some point he found himself incarcerated in a Russian Gulag. There he began training his fellow prisoners to keep morale high. One of those prisoners was Sensei Boris' father. Thus the Russain Ninja school was founded.[1]
