James McCullen XXIV gives a M.A.R.S. Industries presentation at the Weapons Command complex on the Nanomite warhead project. McCullen informs the NATO commanders that the weapons will be transferred from M.A.R.S. Weapon Complex in Kyrgyzstan into their custody. G.I. Joe General Hawk attends the presentation and is shown to be concerned about the warhead's destructive capabilities. Hawk assigns G.I. Joe team Alpha to assist the us military in transferring the weapons.
