G.I. Joe vs. Transformers

In 1978 Nemesis Enforcer and the Decepticon Bludgeon attacked the Adventure Team in the Himalayas, killing Atomic Man and capturing Joe Colton and Chok-Pa.[1]

Nemesis Enforcer occupied a cocoon until many years later Colton escaped and Cobra-La was invaded by Hawk, Flint and Optimus Prime. Golobulus ordered Pythona to awaken the Enforcer, who attacked Colton. However the original Joe cut off the Enforcer's right wing. The two battled on the ground and Colton was subdued, but he appealed to Pythona's compassion to save the human race and she stabbed the Enforcer in the back, slaying him.[2]

Hasbro Comics continuity

In Comic Pack Issue #8, Lt. Falcon vs. Nemesis Enforcer: Showdown at the Top of the World, Lt. Falcon is seen carrying a wounded Dusty to the Tomahawk with Nemesis Enforcer hot on his heals. After making it to the Tomahawk, Falcon decides to stay behind and fight Nemesis Enforcer so the Tomahawk can evacuate with Dusty. After a brief firefight, Falcon makes it to a hidden weapons cache and throws a M-15 Phosphorous Grenade (Willy-Pete) at Nemesis Enforcer, who flies away to put out the flames. Falcon makes his way to a series of caves, and discovers his radio doesn't work. He leaves it behind to use as a beacon and soon finds himself face-to-face with a badly scarred Nemesis Enforcer. After a brief, but brutal, fistfight, Falcon makes his escape from the caves and runs into the Tomahawk, which honed in on Falcon's position using the beacon. Falcon orders the Tomahawk to lock onto the beacon and fire missiles at it, which in turn detonates on a unsuspecting Nemesis Enforcer.

Animated continuity - Sunbow

Nemesis Enforcer from the A Real American Hero animated continuity.

In G.I. Joe: The Movie he is the elite guard that protects Golobulus. He does not speak, but rather has a grunt & growls like a monstrous animal. He is a humanoid with large wings, capable of flight and large, extendable spikes on his forearms that are strong enough to pry open even the strongest doors.

He is first seen in a flash when he bursts up from under the ground to flip a GI Joe vehicle when the team pursues Cobra forces into Cobra-La. When the Joes are captured, Cobra Commander approaches the hulking monster, only to be ordered into custody himself by the Enforcer.

Nemesis Enforcer is later sent to the Joes compound to free Serpentor, who had been captured in the battle defending the Broadcast Energy Transmitter. After leading a small task force of Cobra-La guards and the Dreadnoks into the prison chamber. When the Dreadnoks’ weapons are unable to penetrate the dome covering Serpentor’s cell, the Enforcer pushes them all aside and easily pries open the two halves of the dome with his forearm spikes. He then deflects the lasers of Serpentor’s cage with one of his wings, allowing the emperor to escape.

He is seen in the final battle fighting against Sgt. Slaughter, who has a personal score to settle with the monster. He ultimately meets his doom at the hands of Sgt. Slaughter when he gets thrown into a spike walled pit, unable to fly out as Slaughter had broken one of his wings.

Nemesis Enforcer was re-released in the G3 line in 2008, and came with Lt. Falcon. Although renamed Nemesis Immortal, Nemesis Immortal and Nemesis Enforcer are the same character. The name change is more than likely the result of a trademark issue.
