- The Nitro-Viper was the only G.I. Joe action figure to not include a filecard. In 1994, avid Joe toy collector, Michael Livanos created a filecard for Nitro-Viper. While it was not formally declared as the official filecard information, the content was sanctioned by Hasbro and used for the character in the G.I. Joe convention special issue of Action Figure News & Toy Review:
