Animation and Technical Errors

• In the chase scene on the rail cart, Snake Eyes has an all-black visor in several shots.
• While trying to get the voice passphrase right, Shipwreck's mouth moves but there's no dialogue.
• Admiral Ledger's lips are repeatedly colored the same color as his beard.
• Ten members of the USS Flagg crew disappear for twelve frames.

Continuity Errors

• Both Shipwreck and Snake Eyes pull laser rifles out of nowhere to return fire on the Cobra Troopers. The rifles disappear immediately after use.
