Shana m pharaoh aka Scarlett is a character in the film Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins. A member of the G.I. Joe, she is called in for backup after Kenta arrives in Japan to launch a war against the Arashikage Clan alongside the international terrorist organization Cobra.
Scarlett is portrayed by Samara Weaving.

After learning that his cousin Kenta is back in Japan and plotting war alongside Cobra, Tomisaburo "Tommy" Arashikage puts in a call to Scarlett. He wants backup to protect the Arashikage Clan, but Scarlett is a bit busy with some agents that were sent to try to dispatch her. After taking them out, she talks with Tommy, who tells her that Kenta is back in Tokyo and aligning with Cobra. She asks if it's recent and he tells her he just it that night. She then sends over a mission brief, telling him that she's been keeping tabs on old friend of hers, Ana DeCobray, also known as Baroness. She explains that Baroness killed a member of parliament and 200 others in a single attack and is top-echelon Cobra. She agrees that the threat is significant and to come to Tokyo as soon as she can.
Scarlett at the Arashikage Castle
Scarlett arrives at the Arashikage Castle as Kenta is launching his attack, using the Jewel of the Sun, which he had Snake Eyes steal for him. As the battle continues, Kenta unexpectedly turns on the Baroness. Scarlett tells her that she's in a tight spot and proposes a temporary alliance. Baroness agrees. Along with the other members of the Arashikage Clan, and Snake Eyes, who had a change of heart, Kenta's ambitions are stopped. In the aftermath, however, Tommy is barred from leadership of the clan for attempting to use the Jewel against Kenta in anger.
Tommy leaves swearing vengeance and Snake Eyes in returns leaves to try to bring him back. Before he does, however, Scarlett stops him. She shares with him a file, telling him that her commander, General Joe Colton, wanted her to share it with him. She explains that his father was a member of the G.I. Joe. She tells him that he'll find no record of himself in the file, that his father purposely kept him off the grid to protect him. She explains that his father had infiltrated a Cobra cell but was found out and killed. The info he discovered, however, saved thousands of lives. She suggests that he too, could be a Joe, but he tells her there's something he must do first.
