Serpentor Khan is an evil character in the G.I. Joe RAH comics of IDW and Skybound.

Serpentor Khan is the resurrected being of Genghis Khan and leader of Cobra.
After the deaths of Snake Eyes and Serpentor in RAH #213, Doctor Mindbender managed to resurrect him in his secret lab in RAH #295.
In RAH #301, Serpentor Khan sets off a Mutant Virus Bomb that turns himself, Mindbender, and everyone on Cobra Island into cannibalistic monsters, not unlike zombies, but less mindless.
Serpentor Khan works with Revanche to turn his Cobra personel and troopers, as well as casino patrons, into cyborg warriors.
