Sigma 6 was a 6-issue comic series from Devil's Due comics based on the cartoon series of the same name. The series ran from November 2005 until May 2006.

This comic series was a 6 issue mini series released by Devil's Due with direct connection to the Animated TV Series. Like the Animated TV Series, this comic line does not tie into the continuity of the original G.I. Joe universe. Each issue featured a different G.I. Joe team member against a Cobra operative.
Younger Demographic[]
Like the Batman Adventures comics, and other DC comics based on then current cartoon series airing on TV, this comic book series was aimed at a younger demographic than other G.I. Joe comics being produced by Devil's Due. It also featured the 4Kids logo on the cover.
Story[]
- Duke must rescue a team of oceanographers kidnapped by Destro
- Spirit goes to see his family, but then must stop Zartan from stealing the sacred Klesh Staff.
- Tunnel Rat is captured by Overkill. Now he must escape and face Overkill and his B.A.T.s without his Sigma suit.
- Scarlett has to protect prime minister Vargas from the Baroness and the Dreadnoks.
- Heavy Duty and Long Range must face Cobra Commander in Japan.
- Storm Shadow steals a valuable chip, but accepts to give it to Snake-Eyes if he defeats him in the Shadow Kumite tournament.
