Stingeraf19

A Stinger in action.

Two Stingers were used by the Cobra team who sought to kidnap Ahmed Hassan, the first Ishmali ambassador to the United Kingdom, but actually captured a disguised Shipwreck. They fought off a rearguard Action Force rescue mission, but were destroyed by an A.W.E. Striker.[1] In a computer simulation of a nightmare of Flint's, Stingers were amongst the many Cobra vehicles who attacked him.[2] Back in the real world Stingers were used by a Cobra team who attacked the Action Force Weapons Testing Range in Stonebury to steal secret plans.[3] Two Stingers later accompanied Storm Shadow to an Asian jungle to recover a fallen satellite, only to be disabled by Snake Eyes.[4] Later Stingers were deployed in the Australian outback to protect a Cobra base, but they were destroyed by an Action Force team using the H.A.V.O.C..[5]
