When Scarlett goes to the Hard Master, he is flanked by two enforcers. One is Jinx. The other one, tall in dark clothing, could easily be T'Jbang. The RAH version of T'Jbang took a vow of silence.
This guy speaks in issue 2, so less of a chance he's T'Jbang. Also he could easily not return. Also the noses are different so they could be two different ninja dudes.
