As Thick as Thieves! continuity[]
I've deliberately not assigned a continuity because this story is a prelude to the animated Movie and reflects the latter's status quo rather than the comics (mainly Serpentor ruling Cobra with Cobra Commander as an underling) although given the mess that is the Action Force continuity I suppose it could slot in as well/badly as other stories - I'd have to see how any timelines handle it.
