The Most Dangerous Man in the World was a plot for the G.I. Joe cartoon that was abandoned in favor of the Serpentor concept. It would have been a more conventional origin story about the Cobra organization, where the man who created it's methodology was imprisoned, but escaped. It was recently made into a downloadable book by Buzz Dixon.
