It's everybody vs. everybody else in the hollowed halls of the Silent Castle. Baroness fights her brainwashing, and Destro reveals the castle's secret.
Detailed summary
Roadblock and Rock & Roll provide cover fire, allowing Dusty and Stalker to escape before the Brawler is destroyed. Meanwhile, inside the castle, Ninja Force battles against Slice, Dice, and the Red Ninjas, while the Baroness activates the Brainwave Scanner to manipulate Destro into rebuilding the castle.
The Joes plan a frontal assault on the castle using the Battle Wagon and the Badger, but they run into a Viper squad who lays mines on the road, causing chaos. However, the Joes continue to fight their way to the castle while Ninja Force disables an anti-aircraft gun.
Destro and the Baroness make their way to the clockworks of the castle, where they run into Slice and Dice. Meanwhile, Cobra reinforcements arrive, and the Vipers prepare to blast open the doors of the castle.
Ninja Force turns the anti-aircraft guns against the Cobra forces and Slice and Dice pursue Destro and the Baroness, but Destro activates the transforming mechanisms of the castle, turning it into a replica of Castle Destro in Scotland.
In the end, the Joes escape down into the valley by the castle, and Cobra Commander follows them. Ninja Force is safe outside the castle, and Slice and Dice are able to escape as well.
The plot is full of intense action, with the Joes and Cobra forces engaged in a constant battle to achieve their goals. The story highlights the bravery and courage of the Joes as they face off against the Cobra forces to protect the world.
