Sunbow

The Original USS Flagg (CVN-99) was a straight-forward Nimitz-Class Supercarrier. Though there were minor discrepencies between the vehicle as shown on the series and the toy and the actual real-world Nimitz class, these are fairly minor and can easily be explained by relatively inattentive animators and a rush to get the toy in to production as quickly as possible.

The Flagg was briefly sunk along with the Cobra helicarrier, which was carrying an "anti-matter energy pod", in the episode "Computer Complications". However, a series of unusual events followed, in which a demented Cobra agent remained on board, made creative use of the energy generated by the anti-matter pod aboard the helicarrier to survive and create a sustainable ecosystem, and ultimately turned the wreckage of the Flagg into his own underwater "city" before being discovered by agents from both G.I. Joe and Cobra. After an unusual encounter with the Flagg's temporary owner, using the power generated by the pod, both ships were eventually recovered in "Raise the Flagg!".

Resolute

In GI Joe: Resolute, the Flagg has apparently been extensively retrofitted to include a very pronounced prow and two extremely prominent catapults. The deck island design is now basically circular, and has been pushed partially off the deck in order to make more area for aircraft. While these changes are substantial, they are not unprecedented. The U.S.S. Enterprise aircraft carrier for instance had many structural elements of her deck and island changed in the late 1980s to bring her capabilities more in line with the newer Nimitz vessels. In fact, the new Flagg design is ever-so-slightly anime flavored, and her bow is now similar to that of the aircraft carrier "Asuka II" from Macross Zero.

As of Resolute, the Flagg appears to be serving as the supreme G.I. Joe Command Headquarters.

Renegades

In G.I. Joe: Renegades, a ship identifying itself as the Flagg appears near the end of Shipwreck's debut episode. Shortly after the Joes' battle with a Cobra Techno-Viper, someone on the Flagg radios Shipwreck to ask if they need any assistance, but Shipwreck answers that they are fine.

Flagg-01

The Flagg appeared in the scene as Baroness was held in protective custody until the scientists removed the nano-mites from her body before Zartan disguised as the President of the US and the end of the story. Duke was with her before he left and rejoin his team and Hawk. The ship now has dual prows. McCullen-Destro and Cobra Commander are also imprisoned there.

A Real American Hero (1985)
The USS Flagg was the largest G.I. Joe toy to ever come out. It measures about 7½ feet long and while it's not realistically scaled with actual aircraft carriers, still brought tons of fun for those who owned it. The toy includes a tow vehicle and an admiral's launch. The box art shows several Skystrikers and a Dragonfly.----
