- Wet-Suit is a G.I. Joe character from the A Real American Hero series.
SEAL training is one of the most grueling experiences any individual could go through. There is an attrition rate of about 80% on the recruits. It takes truly exceptionally tough men to complete the course. One such individual is Wet-Suit who seems to have taken being tough to a full time occupation. Make no mistake, though he may be tough, it doesn’t mean he’s dimwitted. He actually has a high IQ and is quite well-versed in classic and modern military tactics.

Wet-Suit was later part of a team on a mine clearing operation in the Persian Gulf who cam under attack from a Cobra Rattler but fought off the plane[1] and then part of a W.H.A.L.E. crew captured by a squad of Cobras seeking a Tactical Analysis Computer System (T.A.C.S.) unit to discover Ministry of Defence secrets. The team escaped and destroyed the device before it could be use.[2]

Wet-Suit is first seen telling off Leatherneck at the shooting range when both of them watch Low-Light out-do both of them, riddling a plywood H.I.S.S. with the words "Top this".
He is one of the three injured a few times by Shipwreck, who adds him into his story. He also risks his life after Leatherneck is poisoned by a dart.
He is revealed to take part in fighting competitions, which gets Sgt. Slaughter caught up in a recruiting scheme Cobra Commander set up to hire an assassin against Serpentor.
In the animated film, he gets punched by a Royal Guard, who himself is hit by Leatherneck.
