Wong Born in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China is an Officer Cadet for the Oktober Guard as well as its only Chinese member. It's easy to underestimate Wong, what with his unusual mannerisms. Underneath his bluster about the American Old West you'll find one of the most observant recon-men to ever lay eyes on a Cobra operation.

The only made-for-TV member, and the only member representing China. He wears a blue uniform and a tan cowboy hat. Speaks using cowboy slang and uses a lasso. He is partnered with Snake Eyes in the Sunbow series episode "The Invaders".
