Zandar is a Dreadnok character from the A Real American Hero series.

Zartan is the master of holographics while Zarana is the mistress of makeups and masks. Zandar is neither of those. He never developed his siblings' mastery over the art of disguise. What he is good at, though, is hiding and sneaking up on people. What is more surprising is that he often does it in plain sight. Despite his garish outfit, he somehow manages to make himself unnoticeable until it is too late for his intended target. It is a skill he has worked to near perfection. We don't know why he chose this particular ability. Maybe his siblings' more dominant personalities made him want to retreat and not be involved in their squabbles?
